How often do I wake up early on a Sunday morning? Not frequent.
I was up early today so that I could head to the gym after 2 to 3 months not being active in any sports whatsoever. I knew my stamina is deteriorating so I was prepared to feel unhealthy and unfit when I take breaks in between my running session.
Instead of using the treadmill, I joined the 1 hour bodyattack session. It was somewhat like the aerobic class which Mr Carlos conducted when I was in uni. The only difference is that the conductor here (which I forgot to ask of his name) was not as cheeky as Mr Carlos. Hmm, speaking about him makes me realise I kinda miss him.
Anyway, I now still stink from the session this morning. My feet are full of blisters. My stomach is aching like no one's business. And strangely, my toe nails are coming off one by one. Am I lacking of calcium or are my killer heels contributing to this phenomenon?
